-Build quality is good. There are still a few panel gaps and spaces in the curving parts. -Couldn't test hyper mode as the test drive area was inside the compound itself. -Sports mode is more than enough, it is perfect for stop and go traffic as initial pickup is gradual, but also snippy at higher speeds(20+) so very easy for overtaking maneuvers anywhere. -There is no acceleration lag. -They don't have update about the app, sw versions but it will be a fully loaded vehicle which comes for delivery. -Service will be on as needed basis -Suspension is good enough in first impression, it feels like you're gliding, there is no road noise either. Only little clinking sound. No motor sound either, unlike ather, given both are belt driven motors. -Reverse mode is very slow as compared with athers, but good enough for elderly. -Cornering is very easy and you don't feel the weight at all, neither during stationary or when driving. -There is wifi too -The AC to DC converter is in the umc itself, that's why it's so bulky -The charge port has no locking mechanism at all. Neither during parking not during charging. However the charger gun has a hole in the button to unlock the gun, which can be barred using a normal padlock so no one can unplug while charging. -The guard rail is only there in the back. There are anchoring holes in the existing side foot holds and in the back just above the number plate. So no drilling will be done. -The charger is not flimsy, but the charging lid is. -The seat cushioning is very soft and comfortable, however it could be a little too wide for pillion. -There are no anchor points for front mud guard, so might have to look for rubber fix ones. -The side stand is also good in quality with a textured grip in the bottom. However the standing angle is little too low for my comfort but it is the same as in ather so it is personal preference i guess. -The hump is a non issue. -Riding position is, not laid back per se, but comfortably easy to ride. -The height is not high either. If you sit and plant feet firmly, the scooter adjusts and comes down a little. -Screen is not laggy but the touch points need to be precise as i feel they are a little bit narrow-ish -The feel of the scooter is very premium and especially the matte is very nice to touch -There is a drain hole in the divot in the boot. A small/regular sized full helmet will fit (they said, personally couldn't check).-Build quality is good.
